Notes:

  • Registration Compulsory for Abstract Submission.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    • Request for Cancellation and to process refunds must be emailed to the Congress secretariat at Email: aphs2025@gmail.com
    • Cancellation after 1st June 2025 - 25% Cancellation Charges.
    • Cancellation after 1st July 2025 - 50% Cancellation Charges.
    • Cancellation before 1st September 2025 - 75% Cancellation Charges.
    • No refund for the cancellation request after 1st September 2025.
    • Registration is not transferable.
    • Refunds will be made within 90 days post Congress.
